Hi,

Recently I noticed we never get matched nearly close to our ranks. The highest rank in our team is plat2, and, after playing a few games vs dia1 and such ranks (not all of them were dia 1, but still), we got matched vs people having a master frame on their portrait.I should say he was not yet ranked on TL, but he/she obviously has a HL master status due to his portrait and I frankly don't know what to think about it?

Please help.
